What we do with your details
We collect the minimum needed to reply to your estimate request, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect
When you use the estimate form we store your name, email address, the company name if you gave one, the service you selected, and your message. Nothing else is captured.
Why we hold it
Solely to answer you and, if the work goes ahead, to keep a record of how the job started. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share these details with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become jobs are deleted after twenty-four months. Job correspondence is kept for the life of the job plus seven years, which is what our insurance requires.
Asking us to delete it
Email ericnsanders@outlook.com and we will remove your details and confirm within five working days. You do not need to give a reason.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics we run are aggregate and cannot identify an individual visitor.
